Neighbors say the potholes and bumps would make vehicles rumble and shake as they drove down Allied Road. Considered by many to be one of the worst roads in San Diego, Councilman Scott Sherman said it was his priority to fix the street once he took office. The long-awaited resurfacing project, completed in late October, is part of Mayor Kevin Faulconer’s plan to fix 1,000 miles of streets in San Diego.
